New Members Class

Our Journey Together

If the Christian life is a journey, what can I expect along the way?

The New Members class is designed for those considering embarking on a journey with us at Sovereign Grace Church. Over the course of ten weeks, our pastors will cover the core doctrines of our church and illustrate how those doctrines find expression in our members' daily lives. Some of the topics they will touch on include: the centrality of the Gospel, the process of sanctification, the ongoing work of the Holy Spirit, the benefit of relationships, and the call to servant hood. Ultimately, the course exists to provide a context for us to get to know one another and for you to determine if this is the church for you. In addition to classroom discussions, we are looking forward to several informal fellowship opportunities that are built into the class schedule.

Class begins September 14 and ends November 16. It is open to those 15 years or older. The class will meet at 8:30 am on Sunday mornings. Cost is $8.00 per person. To register, please call the church office.
