ERIC HUGHES - Senior Pastor
Eric joined the Pastoral Team in 1997 and is the Senior Pastor. He is responsible for providing overall direction for the church, the preaching of the Word and the pastoral team. In addition, he currently oversees ACCESS (Singles Ministry). He graduated from the Pastors College in 2009. Eric and his wife, Marie, live in Chesapeake and have four children.

BRETT CAMPBELL - Pastor
Brett joined the Pastoral Team in 1997. He provides oversight to our Sunday meetings and the various Service Teams that support these and other meetings. He also oversees our Sunday morning classes, which includes the New Members Class. Brett and his wife, Michelle, live in Chesapeake and have three children.

CHRIS MANGOLD - Pastor
Chris joined the Pastoral Team in June 2007, after graduating from the Pastors College. He assists in the care and oversight of care groups. In addition, he oversees Children's Ministry, Next Step (Middle School Program), and 316 (Parent-Teen Ministry). Chris and his wife, Cindy, live in Virginia Beach and have five children.

KIRK ALEXANDER - Pastor
Kirk joined the Pastoral Team in July 2008, after graduating from the Pastors College. He assists in the care and oversight of care groups. In addition, he oversees evangelism and outreach programs. Kirk and his wife, Sabrina, live in Chesapeake and have eight children.
